Bob Bentrup

Prior to Joining RE/MAX Island Realty In 2009, Bob was a top producer with Sea Pines Real Estate Company for several years, and prior to that with Dunes Marketing Group from 1993 to 2002.

Bob’s education in Marketing and Business Administration at UCLA has served him well in the Real Estate business. After college, Bob worked his way up to become the Vice President of Sales & Marketing of J.L. Cooper Electronics, (a large consumer electronics manufacturer), and has successfully launched many types of products through creative marketing, media, merchandising and advertising campaigns. The same holds true for his innovative and creative real estate techniques in getting clients’ properties noticed and sold.

As a professional REALTOR, Bob has sold over $270 million dollars and constantly strives to provide the best possible service to his valued customers and clients.

Patty Crews

Patty has been an active REALTOR™ since 1976. She has been the recipient of the Lifetime Distinguished Sales Award and has won a spot in the coveted Hall of Fame for Performance.

 Patty Crews was educated in Pennsylvania at Moravian College and Lehigh University with a background in education, psychology and business. Having been a home builder and remodeler, Crews knows the real estate business from the ground up. Being married to Tom Crews, an architect, has been advantageous in helping clients make construction and / or remodeling decisions.
 

Owning many properties has given Patty the edge working with investors in providing cash flow analysis, benefits of owning long and short term rental properties, and their potential tax benefits. One of the most rewarding aspects of Patty’s career has been the long time relationships she has forged with so many of her clients.

David was born and raised in the Low Country and has always had a passion for the lifestyle our area provides. After graduating with a double major from Abraham Baldwin College, he accepted a position at famed Harbour Town Golf Links and later at Colleton River Plantation.

 He obtained his real estate license to join forces with his mother, Patty Crews, to form the Crews/Hahn Team. Together they have become one of the top real estate teams in the Hilton Head Island Area.

David is an ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) and works extremely hard to find his clients the right property at the right price. Market knowledge, dedication and a strong work ethic, combined with attention to details, provide David’s clients with first-class service.
